Well, here I go again. Another attempt to start a family blog. I have a lot of fun activities planned for me and my little monsters this summer, and rather than slather my facebook spread with senseless photos of crafts I do with my 4 year old, I decided to start one of these. Im pretty sure I have 3 more of these things out in cyberspace somewhere, but I have no clue where, what email I used for it, or what I even used it for. So instead of racking my brain for hours trying to figure that all out, I decided to start this one. So Here Goes...
Summer has been crazy so far...and its almost over already...
Lily starts school up again on September 3rd for her second year of preschool!! I cant believe my baby is going to be 5 in October...ugh where does the time go...
Any ways, I hope those of you that do read this enjoy, and if you don't...well then, whatever...
Projects...dun dun dun!!
WHY oh why do we do these things to ourselves! LOL
But its done, Lily loves it and that's all that matters...not the fact that I wanted to pull my hair out on many occasions...but hey that's what we do for our kids...Right?

Those are the instructions (that I may add are a little off on some measurements)
It looked simple enough, but sanding everything down so splinters were avoided, painting all the slats, after we had to drill holes in top and bottom of each one and holes in top and bottom of two railings...all said and done, I think me and my dad ---well my dad ;)--- drilled around 216 holes for the railing section alone!! Sheesh....
Yes we chose to not do the pocket hole screw crap...because none of us had ever attempted it and the above sounded more up our alley!!
So its done...its super cute, and I have some decorating do to for her so it has some personal little touches just for Miss Lily...
On a side note, Lily managed to fall out of her bed the first night she slept in it...because she was "climbing over to get her pillow" (her words) and plop, out she went. Everything was fine, just scared the crap out of me!!!
And this is the big soon to be 5 yr old enjoying her new playhouse bed!! Her room is almost done!! Extreme Makeover: Lilys room addition will hopefully be completed soon!! This mama is exhausted!
